We want you to love your With Jéan pieces, but if something isn't quite right, we accept returns for a refund or store credit within 21 days of delivery. All items must be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed, with all tags and hygiene seals intact.

Select whether you would like a refund to your original payment method or a 110% store credit voucher for your next purchase.
Pack and Label
Securely pack your items in their original packaging and attach the prepaid shipping label provided via the portal.
Ship and Track
Drop your package at the designated carrier location; once received at our warehouse, please allow 5-7 business days for processing.
